Need help with Jenova (savegame editor)

When I load up Jenova I load my savegame, but when I go to the misc tab and try to change my location, only Specific Locations appears and when I click on it, it shows me Debug Room and Sumimasen, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.
 
Nothing; those are the only two specific locations that the editor is capapble of sending you.  =)
 
But why would it say Disc 1 - Disc 3 at the bottom, if there werent any more locations?
 
Because you can access the debug room for each of the three disks. Or something.
