NES Games... ?

There's supposed to be a patch that translates the game into English.  I'm afraid I don't have a link, though.

EDIT: After searching ALL OVER the place, I've found a link!  I shall not post it here, however.

If it's just the patch and not the entire ROM, it'll probably be okay. May a moderator correct (and possibly smite) me if I'm wrong.
 
Since the game was never sold for profit, it's freeware.  Posting links to it is harmless

That one that you posted looks a lot more well done than the other one... I can't say I approve of playing Birth of a God at the Guard Scorpion fight, though, haha.

EDIT: I take that back after watching the transition between the 2nd and 3rd videos... LOL.

The link that I found has the entire game + the english patch + an NES emulator + cheat codes.  It's pretty complete, but that emulator bit troubles me...

You can't exactly put a homebrew game into an NES cartridge...
Besides, emulators aren't illegal. They're legal *because* of the fact that you need them to play/test homebrew games.

But if you're that afraid of posting a link... just employ a google hunt.
example:
If you want to see the best tutorial in the world evar for burning xbox games, goto google.com, type in "bling burn xbox games" (without the quotes) and click "I'm feeling lucky".  :-D

Youtube search "Final Fantasy VII NES Rom (English)" (WITH inverted commas).  There's a Megaupload link in the vid's description.  Disclaimer: I've played a bit of the game and it is pretty boring -.-

EDIT: I've just noticed... does that underline seem a bit... unusual?? :wink:
