Me please.   For the love of god I can't be the only one tired of all the "spam" by new members around here.   
I don't intend to return this place to it's "former glory", because I wasn't around then. 

But it seems like this place gets worse and worse as each week goes by.    And well.... it's a little disheartening.

At the very least, current admins need to be more active, or the most active moderator Halkun needs more widespread authority.
 
I second this post. But don't hold your breath. Qhimm isn't on here very often so i doubt he will see this.

I think he had not posted anything even a slight comment. I second obesebear being an admin. Since he's active very often.
 
Oh, i misread his post. I didnt realize he was volunteering for the job. Obesebear would be a good admin. I would advise everyone to behave if he becomes an admin. He is not tolerant of stupidity (not that i am either)
 
Well I third that vote obesebear would be a more then fair admin and I've said it all along!. On that note I don't know if my vote helps you're case obesebear considering what went down a few month's ago but I know you were one of the only ones who kept a level head cause I diddn't. I just think obesebear would make a great admin and you've earned it.
 
I, too, would like to see Obesebear accept a mod role - providing, of course, he's happy doing so.
 
4 votes already. That's fast. :) I wonder who has the power to make a member to an admin?? Can only Qhimm do this or other Admin can do it too??
 
Depends on his SMF permission settings but I would have to say Qhimm only unless one of the other (many) admins decide they want to return...

i agree as well, obesebear would make a great admin, and we could finally stomp it into peoples heads that the rules are here for a reason.

besides, i think people are getting sick of my clarification posts, sinse no newbie wants to read the damn things >.<

Maybe there should be a poll. I can think of another member who can be admin but I don't know if he wants to be one.
 
Wouldn't say names first because I have no right to volunteer him. If he posts to this thread maybe I'll vote him too. :)

Also he said "if he posts here" and most of the male suspects have done so, so it's  really narrowed down now.

He should be finishing up finals soon. But he best not post in this thread (or anywhere else, for that matter) until he does.
