New Switch Project (Need As Many As Possible To Vote At!!!)

Well i started to think of this project now when my zack switch cloud project started to go from beta to alpha almost ready!

So my thought is... why not remove a boring character you play with (caith sith?) and instead add a more funny/cooler one instead (Reno?/Rude?/Sephiroth?).

So if you could vote who's the most boring character and the coolest you would want insted it would be in that characters place!

I'll will be counting votes like... one a day or more often!

I'll wait at least so long to start with project so my zack project can be finised!

okay, a easy character that is compatible easily with cait sith would be Gi Nattack due to his bone structure, or we could make sephy yuffie or something and use one of the latest kimeras to make her fully working with the proper field animations by reconstruction them. (also a good idea for the date scene if you got yuffie with the most love points, sephy would kiss zack. :P)
 
Well... honestly it was only an idea... :P.. but like... what if the new character would be an old lady or a little girl instead of... tifa? aeris? could look pretty funny.. :P

WOW i have been trying to find a mod like this since i was like 9 years old and i saw a gameshark code that replaces vincent for sephy, but instead of doing that it replaced ALL of my charecters and i couldn't continue in the game with it on. anyway i FULLY support this idea and i hope that you can make it so that it replaces cait sith or vincent (i would prefer vincent cus i would rather have sephy act like him than act like a giant dancing stuffed animal)  :-D :-D :-D

Imagine seeing Seph walking round all broody in you're party, only problem is, it'd look pretty weird with Seph sayin....Lucrecia.....but yea, I'd get it if you could do that anways :-P
 
i like vincent too much to replace him lol, im goina show my noobness and ask how hard itd be to change the actions of a char so caitsith wouldnt act...gay?
 
Hmm fair point, I kinda like Vincent also, so would much prefer Cait Sith to be the replaced one, only concern of course being, I wouldn't want gamings most well known villian to be portrayed as being gay, unless of course theres some kinda proof from square that Sephy is in fact batting for the other side.....actualy, his facial expression when theres no mods installed (think Shinra Mansion flashback, its a close up of his face) I think he might actually be Queen Sephiroth....his mouth....
 
i like vincent also. so this is mine
Remove:caith sith or cloud or barret or red 14(my party is mostly, cloud(i hate) vincent and yuffie) so change cloud to someone and im good
Add:theres already a sephy patch  and i use it. so reno would be cool. or zack. or a usable choas(vincents lvl 4 limit) rufus and even hojo would be cool
 
you know there IS already a patch to swap cloud for sephy in every way possible even minigame wise
 
just to add my 2 cents for a moment:

Cloud wasnt that bad ( he just seemed very emo at first)
Barret (loud an obnoxious)
Aerith ( could almost sware she was blonde at some point but awsome limits and great magic user)
Tifa (hand to hand = bad ass)
Red 13 ( awsome, come on how many animals do u really get in ff history? not many unless u count tactics in which case you could get anything)
Cait Sith ( useless and annoying)
Vincent ( its Vincent come on needs no explanation)
Cid ( love that guy)
Yuffie ( good with enemy skills, also best morpher "Confurmer" doom of the living is good)
Sephiroth ( hahaha needs no introduction, its sephiroth , nothin needed to be said)

So yea judging from my list Barret and Cait are the 2 best options for replacement because barret wasnt great atall, his limits were a joke, over all his stats sucked, and he was annoying, as for caitsith = he sucked period, limits were lame, attacks were pothetic, he was absolutely my vote for most useless character.

Characters that would be nice to see:

Reno (he is basically zell of  ff7 " energetic" but when needed he was a serious man"
Rude ( o.O Tifa and him could really "hit" it off, sparring anyone ;P)
Elena ( maby if u changed her personality a little she annoyed the piss out of me at times)
Rufus ( give him some vincent things but he wouldnt make a good chaos)
Shera ( hehe would be fun to have her as a "scientist" but what would Cid have to say )
Zack ( hey he was energetic but come on that would be nice too )

Marelene ( little magc user, or summoner)

actually what i meant to say is keep vincent as the sprite for walking around and when events take place like when a boss shows up as well as dialouge (forgot how to spell it) but when you get into a battle sephiroth is there instead of vincent so that you keep vincent's emoness but also has sephiroth's badassness. and when i said i don't want to have him acting like a stuffed animal i meant that i really don't like how cait sith looks or how he acts, so i wouldn't want to keep having to deal with his lameness even IF i get to use sephiroth in battle  :-D :-D :-D :evil: :-D :-D :mrgreen:.... :roll:
 
I had a think, and I decided I really wouldn't ACTUALLY mind Sephy acting all Cait Sith gay, I decided all I want is for Cait Sith to dissapear visually, the whole thing just annoys me haha, I would be happy for Sephy to do the fortune telling dance n all, as long as it was Seph's model, instead of Cait Sith.
