i've cut off the first part of the song and actually use the remainder in ff7music in-game.

ocremix is awesome.  i have about 30 tracks from them i use in-game.
 
I believe that song is used in one of the high quality intro FMV's on Grimmy's thread/in the FF7 Remix compilation.

There are also a ton of OCR tracks used in FF7 Remix, especially if you choose the "mp3 (remixed)" profile in ff7music.
