Ok, My system is not sutiable to run MS-DOS programs, FF7

ok I try and install FF7 and i get a message that says

16 bit Windows Subsystem


C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsof windows applications. Choose 'Close' To terminate the application.

                        |Close|  |Ignore|

Both buttons do the same thing, it just closes the install process.

Does this mean I can never play it on my computer or do I just need to dl a patch or something?

Any help is appreciated
