I would like to also mention Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold and Silver, as far as I'm concerned Pokemon died after that.

Pokemon died when they made a cartoon about it.   It was fun as hell playing Red, then the cartoon came out and all of a sudden you were queer if you played it.   Getting caught playing pokemon in middle school is a surefire way to not be one of the cool kids.
 
I'm queer and I think Pokemon is gay.

The cartoon was Awesome. Ash was like the worst trainer in the world and I respected the program  for being practically the only one where the "hero" fails.

Then i don't think you watched many cartoons lately especially the popular series Yu-Gi-Oh or Beyblade? Beyblade FTW! LET IT RIP!! (got too excited ^^)

Speaking of Pokemon how many badges did Ash legitimately earn? I'm not counting the Brock deafeat because that sprinkler bit was just.. it was so bad words could not describe how bull that was.

Also I wasn't such a fan of Beyblade, it seemed a bit Farfetch'd even compared to Pokemon.
Also Yu-Gi-Oh was alright till the later seasons.
