Please help! Catalog Wont load in 7thHeaven

I clicked Check Subscriptions then the search button but nothing happens, then I  tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, nothing works. It wont eve check for updates. Please help
 
Is there subscription links pasted in your 7H>Workshop>Settings window?
 
No, the subscription box is blank. I also recently tried the manual updater.exe but it wont update fully.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question. If you are asking if there's anything pasted in the dialogue box that says "Subscriptions", the one above the "Extra folders" and "Also Launch", then the answer is no.
 
STEP 3 has the subscription link. C'mon, this is not rocket science or DaVinci Code deciphering.
