[Postscriptthree's Tweaks] mod doesn't work

Using 7th heaven mod manager, i have only this mod in my list.
When i activate one feature, let's say "The Works", i receive a compatibility warning, and everything gets disabled.
This is strange, because i have no other mods installed.

Can anyone help please?
