Problem launching the modded game

Hi,
I followed the entire procedure to mod ff7, but when I try the "launch game" option I get the error:

Please use the launcher 'FF7_Launcher.exe'


but if I set that exe in the settings, the game launches without any mod activated.

Any advice?  :|

Sounds like you didn't run the converter. Did you actually follow the Tutorial to a T?

You have Menu Overhaul activated. Are you launching with ff7_mo.exe set as the FF7 Exe?

If I launch that exe, it asks for disc 1, 2 or 3
