Problem with FF7betap1 >_<

Hi!
My problem is... i get a blackscreen when i run ff7. I tried many patches and combinations, then I downloaded ff7betap1.exe , but cant open it, double click and nothing happens...
I played FF7 long ago without problems with this pc... >_<

Maybe the answer is in the forum... but i searched and didn't find anything.

ff7betap1.exe is a self-extracting zip file.  It doesn't work in 64-bit version of Windows, so I extracted the contents and posted them here (the link used in the FAQ) as a regular .zip file.  Inside is the actual installer.  (Even if you aren't running a 64-bit version of Windows, this should still help with your problem.)
