Nice, the upscaled backgrounds I have are not too detailed. Thanks buddy
 
I can't manage to use these texture properly. I put all the folders in the "direct" folder, but they're not loaded.

Aside from that, wonderful work man! All these textures look awesome!

Btw, my ff7_opengl.cfg file already has the direct_mode = on...

(I have all the mods from the 7th heaven launcher on, in case it matters.)

This is how my cfg file end.

## MODDER OPTIONS ##

# read files directly instead of using LGP archives
# for example; if FF7 is looking for aaab.rsd in char.lgp, this option will make it open direct/char/aaab.rsd first,

oh, sorry I wanted to say the mod folder. You need to set up a mod folder path first, create a folder called field and then place the field folders inside , this is how I have mine:
Final Fantasy VII\mods\DK\field
(DK is my mod folder xD)
This is the code inside the ff7_opengl.cfg file:

# mod directory
# subdirectroy of mods/ where textures will be loaded from
mod_path = DK

Idk if will work with another field mod enabled in 7th heaven though

It will work, but it needs to be loaded above the others. Priority is given from top to bottom in the Active Mods tab.

I mean if you have the fields in aalis driver mod folder and you have another field model  activated in 7th heaven. I suppose it will load the 7th heaven one... :-)
 
No news so far, still so busy at work and travelling a lot to my country to get everything ready for the big day. :(

Looks amazing! Excellent job! Congrats on the big day.

Any idea when we will get a download for main Kalm that we can use in game? I'm only seeing the basic render but no layers, etc. Would love to see it complete since all other fields there look amazing then main town still out of place.

Thanks! Shampignon is importing the fields to the game but as far I know he is a bit busy atm. I'll try to contact him and find out how is he doing, if he can't I'll import them xD
 
Hello friends !

I made the layers of elmpb but I didn't test yet.
Kalm main town is actually in progress, but I don't have much time to work on it...And I have also discovered the NT Mod  ;D

Be patient friends  ;)

Jusete : No need to make the layers by yourself, take your time to work on modelisations, it's more important
