Yes.  Although if someone did somehow manage to remain 100% anonymous then I guess they could avoid being sued.  This is highly unlikely though.  For one individual to manage such a feat is almost certainly impossible in this decade, and keeping an entire team anonymous would be practically impossible, although not technically impossible.

I don't think it takes 100X Cpu does it?  Surely not.  pSX emulator does not need 100X cpu?

But it is more than enough to stop anyone being able to play PS3 emu.

As I said, for accuracy, it would, or at least that's what I was raised believing.  Playability and accuracy are two different beasts.
