No.

There are PSP emulators, but AFAIK they are very basic and can't run commercial games yet. If you're thinking about played Crisis Core or Dissidia on your PC, wait a few years. :|

Well- the emulator is in progress- the coders are working in last time more on it, than years ago- the progress is awesome!

Btw, Kudi - I've successfully extracted the PSN version of ff7^^ I'll give it a look- maybe there's something useful
