Really tiny screen when using 7th Heaven or unmodded on Steam

I'm on a Windows 10 laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro) and my game window is REALLY small. I searched through this whole form and tried all the GPI settings people had recommended but none of that made a difference. Any ideas?

This is how small it is:

when using unmodded, click settings on the launcher and select a higher resolution and check full screen

i'm not familiar with 7th heaven, so play around with the settings until you figure how to set a higher resolution and get it to full screen  :wink:
