remix 2.5.1 not all working

The link I posted is a full in depth tutorial. You should start by deleting everything you've done so far and reinstalling FF7 without ever touching the remix again.
 
what im saying is that their is no bootleg exe file so i dont know what to do
 
You can try asking there. That is where all Bootleg support questions should go.
