Request: Chrono Cross Save Game Editor

I don't know if this is the time or the place, but I have been searching for a chrono cross
save game editor and I haven't been able to find one.  I was wondering if anyone on this forum would know of one, or even maybe one of you who is already versed in creating editors could use your considerable talents to make one?
 
Would that I could my friend.  I'm lost when it comes to the technical part of it.  If that makes me sound like an idiot, well so be it.  I'm great at using these editors, the ins and outs of creating them? not so much..

But with that being said I would certainly give it a shot if someone could point me in the right direction.  Give me a starting point and I'll see what I can find.
Hex editor, check, psx memtool, check...

  I came across another forum where a guy was creating a chrono cross savegame editor, but the posts are from several years ago.  I'm trying to contact him now to see if he would be interested in sharing information if he is still active.
