i hope there will be Legend of the dragoon mods  :) 
great game as FF 7  :D
 
Yeah, Legend Of Dragoon is a nice game.
But it is playstation only ; it's much easier to make mod of PC games.

As far as i know we can play legend of the dragoon on pc with a software called emulator. at the begining FF7 also created playstation only.   
I've joined this forum for a month and i amazed that so many briliant people in this forum (also) i would say it's not impossible for them to create legend of the dragoon pc version  hehe.. ;D ;)
 
I looked into this ages ago. I remember posting about this several times
That game is a gigantic pain in the ass to mod. Lots of edits you need to do 4 times over, and the whole combo system is beyond a bitch to edit.

IS right you.  We make PSX game PC no source.  Not need.

EDIT: I also need say, I not help, I just idea.
