Actually the answer could be any number of "always on" electronic systems. A fridge, perhaps?
 
With pointed fangs it sits in wait,
With piercing force it doles out fate,
Over bloodless victims proclaiming its might,
Eternally joining in a single bite.
What am I?
 
Since nobody proposed a riddle for a while, I will :

I am at the beginning of the night
I am am at the end of the garden
I am in the index of any forum
I am in all the menus

Who am I?

Two answers: your uncle or your father-in-law's brother. We don't know whether he is the brother of your son's paternal grandfather or his maternal one.

if i may, i have one:


you are walking across a bridge and look over to see a boat.

on this boat are many many people however,

there is not a single person on the boat.

how is this possible?
