Running the FF7MUSIC integrated with the exe

Is there a way to run the music replacements (and so the ff7music program) just cliccking on the ff7.exe ?? I found something like that on the "cetra" program but I'm not sure.... anybody got to this point ?
 
That was an old version of FF7Music. The newer versions use an own .exe file.
