ok so i installed saints hi-res and when i run it with the nvidia riva128 setting everything looks except the field. the screen looks kinda tiles with green lines in between. does anyone know how to fix this?

Look up aali's open gl driver in the tech- related board, it is much better and up- to - date. than the saints patch.

hmmm i tried that earlier and i couldnt ven get the game to run 
it wouldnt even go to the eidos screen it just stayed black and crashed

the saints patch was great, but ali's driver makes modification WAY more fun, and adds editable windowed mode, all in all, be glad you've switched (respect to the saint though ^_^)

Yeah, saint's patch was the fruit that started it all in editing backgrounds and such. Now it's aali's driver that's the "must-have" mod out there. You can't enjoy graphics without aali's driver.
