sephiroth and vincent....

i've been wondering for a long time why sephiroth and vincent are so closely related...by that i mean if you ever use a program/device to get vincent in your party before you actually meet him he acts like a glitchy sephiroth and for people like me who use the jenova save editor you will notice that before vince joins you the slot where he is supposed to be is replaced by sephiroth and afterwards vincent is in that slot and sephiroth is gone so can somebody explain to me why their so intwined together?
 
To save space in the memory map. The same reason why Young Cloud is Caith-Sith.
 
who knows, maybe they hacked vincent into the game in the very last moment.

still plot-wise vincent is pretty closely related to sephiroth, through lucrecia, so that's pretty funny altogether.

i also think it was to conserve memory.
