Shinra Mansion Safe Not Open

I solved puzzle in nibelheim. I go to safe and says open. I tried right 36 left 10 rigth 59 right 97 but its failed. Not open. I checked EQ2ALYZA walktrought she was make same and safe open. Why is safe open me? Where am I mistake?

You need to hit [Confirm] when you're on the number, instead of instantly going to the next number (I think. It's been a while).

I make it. I clicked number on 36,10,59 and 97 but not open.

Are you using any mods? Which version (1998 PC, 2012 Square Enix Store or 2013 Steam) do you have?

It is done. I opened mode on f710 controller and I tried D-Pad and open. I dont understand but safe opened.
