Skipping FF8 Intro

Is there any way to skip the Edios and Squaresoft intro in FF8?

Only way is to replace the intro and the Eidos logo files with empty ones. I don't know if this works for the intro, but it definitely works with the Eidos logo.

Thanks. I managed to get rid of the Eidos logo. But what file is the Sqaresoft logo?

Hmmm, apparently the intro is inside the first disc. Yeah, I'm afraid you won't ever be able to skip it.
