On my computer the Open/Lgp and Open Location buttons are switched(as in opening a lgp opens a location)  Not sure if this happens to other people, but it seems pretty easy to fix.
 
Open/LGP on all of Fice's programs, means 'Open from within the current LGP' It's no glitch. Although, personally, I think 'Open' and 'Open/LGP' should be switched, it makes more sence, but it's no big issue.
