Snowboard Crash, help plz

I'm in the Disc2, in the snow game, and when i go to start it, after speak with the turks and get the snowboard, the game crash in the change screen.

I readed all posts with the word "snowboard", i tried all, but the problem persist, help me plz ><
 
Yeah, I had that problem too.
Did you apply any patches changing "char.lgp"?
If yes: Look in the "App.log" file in the FF7 folder. At the bottom, there should be an error message concerning a file from char.lgp.
When you know which file is the problem, just replace this with the original one using lgptools.
Pls tell us which patches/mods you are using. And if App.log is empty, try again right after the game crashed or try playing with FF7Music from ficedula, it gives you the log while running.
 
if you're using the Sadness translation patch (english => ita) there's a problem with snowboard-us.lgp. Replace that with the original one from the cds. This is probably due to a collison with sadness patch and NPC ;)
 
I'm using the original version of the translation to Spanish.

I'm using: Avatars of Advent Children; Cloud High Resolution; Ficedula; High Resolution Patch; XP patch; Modified Chars (to see in the world the chars of the battles); Yamp.

And i changed the name of the _sp files (spanish files) to _us, to play with spanish in the US version.

I changed the name of the minigame\snowboard to the original version, but have the same error.

And when game crash, the app.log file isn't updated, and in the ficedula log there isn't nothing of char.lgp
 
Now i changed the char.lgp to the original file but have the same problem, but now, i see an error in the ficedula log.
