SOLVED: FFVII Installed Mods Undetected

Good Evening (at least from my home country it is lol) I recently decided to replay my copy of FFVII and knew you guys existed so I thought to play with some mods, now, I have installed the game following Tifa's bootleg guide found here:

I have downloaded all the mods I wanted but I have come across a slight error... the patcher (the latest one on this site) says certain files are missing as pictured here:

In it you will see an example of the undetected files: FixedLightningTextures PART1, the files as you can see are obviously there but they remain undetected, do you have any idea how I could resolve this?

You're not supposed to extract the files you downloaded. Bootleg will do all that for you during the install.
