Sorry but another issue help :S

Hello all, well here I go again, I check that some mods like the materia final from romeo14 are png files and in my texture carpet I replace it but this doesn't change in the game, what else I have to do, and why there are carpets? I experiment and delete the avatars carpet and it doesn't matter, in the game there is still the avatars... so, what's up? The carpets are ubicated in the .........\Square Soft, Inc\Final Fantasy VII carpet, what am I doing bad or what is going up?? Thanks a lot in advance :P

EDIT: And for not create another topic, I will put this (1000? repeated) question here, I watch a lot of videos in youtube and there is a tifa model in black clothes, but I think that mod was illegal or something from kula wende, but, is there another mod like that to change tifa battle model or vincent or whoever XD? Thanks. PS: I search in the forum a lot, so I put the question hehe.

hahaha sorry, mmm the yellow one where you have your files, in Spain is called "carpetas" but here I don't know sorry my translation hehe :S.
 
are you using aali's driver?
and are you using direct mode in the driver?
 
turn off texture cache in the driver, and delete the cache folder. Run the game once, then turn cache back on and run again. You should be good to go after that.
 
Oooooh, damn hehe, sorry but yes, indeed, pyrozen is right, and I found it 2 days ago reding the forum, sorry but that question now is descarted and THANKS for the answers hehe :P, now the question and if it is possible, is there a mod to change tifa battle model or vincent please? thanks in advance. Like I said, I search in the forum and found nothing.

TA is redoing the main cast and is still being worked on.
 
Mmm ok thanks, and I found something interesting, look, when I replace the jo_b02 with jo_b04 the animation changes but it is ugly, it has the (like bars?) of the magic animation and I think it was another file that controls the animation too in that but not, I look a video that don't have any mods installed and the enemy skill animation in that video is equal to the replacement that I did before, so I conclude that the new and pretty enemy skill animation was done from TA, :( I will try again but.... why do they don't change the magic animation too... well like you said they are working on it :P
