... ok, look, not that its a big deal, but he's apologizing for being a bit of a jerk earlier, but you aren't being to nice yourself

You're not a horrible or disruptive member, and I appreciate that you're trying to make amends. But, in my experience, the best way to do this is to just crack on with writing useful and interesting posts, rather than just perpetuating the fluff. In DAES OF YORE, I had a similar habit - I, too, had this need to compulsively apologize for every error. But with every effort, I just alienated the veterans further - I was, after all, still churning out crap.

Think about it - what's the best way for someone to prove they can give something back to the community? Post a string of dead-end, content-less (by definition) apology posts, or show how they've changed with thoughtful, intelligent contributions?

At any rate, don't sweat it. Just close a door on your mistakes, and don't take the censure of this weird English drunkard too hard to heart.

then again, this topic is in completely unrelated, at least he hasn't put it right in something like tech support or general
 
I was actually thinking of putting it in General but saw that it was for Final Fantasy VII discussion only. Ah I was a noob back then. lol
