Steam Achievements

I'm wondering if any of the tools work in unlocking certain steam achievements for FF9. I've been using Memoria but it doesn't seem to recognize acquiring support abilities when I unlock them etc..Is there an easy way to achieve this without having to learn each ability in game? a Save file maybe?

if the steam version is like the steam version of ff7 you can simply edit the achevements.dat file to give achevements.
