'Subscriptions', 'Extra Folders' and 'Also Launch' fields doesn't appear

I'm new on the modding stuff and I'm facing this specific problem which I can't find solution
'Subscriptions', 'Extra Folders' and 'Also Launch' fields should be open, but they are not

Right-click 7thHeaven.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Check the box for "Disable display scaling..."
