no just a battle model, he is remaking a chibi style model though.

He is making field models of every version of cloud, its going to be awesome when he's happy with them all and releases them!  :-D
 
apz freak, u should release a cloud with the old hair style instead of the AC hair...it would b awesome.. just a suggestion

I agree with this. Cloud's original hairstyle is very iconic; the CC look may be more realistic, I still prefer the old look.

Would it be possible (when the chibi is done), for a head part to be done based on Cloud's head in Dissidia (which seems to be closer to the original Cloud head than the one in Crisis Core)?
 
I was thinking of doing this, but apart from that, apz' cloud is very accurate, so apz if you want i cane make an alternative head model, n it can probably even use the same texture, i'll just map around what you have (just an offer)

i agree with most people here, i too like the original cloud's hair style

I've read all 22 pages of this thread, and I want to say thanks for the awesome work on the Cloud model.

And just a wonder, what do you base your model on, cartoon or realism? Because to me, Cloud's hair and clothing looks real, but the face is nowhere near realism.

I know you are new to the forums (welcome btw) and this thread should be near the top of the forum, be careful with regards to posting in threads that have been inactive for a long time. 1 month is probably close to the limit of what is acceptable.

As do I, I always thought his original hair was so much better than the CC/AC style, it's just so unique to him.

I would love this model with the classic hair.
 
Am I the only person still eagerly awaiting the field models?

Or do i have to assume that this is never going to get finished?

Well, as long as there's still a demand, i guess it'll happen one day.

Don't say "no progress at all" because APZ did clearly state a page ago that he was heavily occupied with events in life. I'm 100% sure he will continue, but it may take a while and especially since it is the holidays. But as long as we keep this thread alive, it'll be showing our demand for the field model, just like Neo stated.
 
i want too of course the chibi model in field mode and i hope he release this chibi before i release mine.
