Is there a guide somewhere that lists all the flevel contents? Like which one is where 7th Heaven is and which is where you first meet Aeris etc.

I am most uncertain what you are asking .. could you explain in non lingo terms exactly what you are looking for?

Like which one has what text. For exsample md8_2 has the text from win you first meet Aeris. I'd like to know the rest.

All field texts are with the field location in the PS1 variant the PC I'm not positive but it's the same situation. IE if you know the field location something happens then it's in THAT field data area. (including NPC's etc.)

Also altering field texts is a VERY interesting task as the field 'text' is not TEXT (apart from seemingly encoded oddly). It's FF7's internal script.  Keep that in mind if you want to keep sane.
