you could always open notepad then click FILE then click OPEN and then click on ALL FILES in the drop down box then open the CFG or you could just drag and drop the CFG onto notepad

I'm using Windows XP and I'm using the French version of FF7.
And I don't really know how to upload a picture, never done it before :-[
But it just that somethings aren't there, and when it's there, the graphic looks bad quality...

To take a picture press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard then open PAINT and right click and paste the picture then save, upload the picture to any website (any site will do, but i recommend imageshack), A picture showing us what is wrong is probably best then we can see what you see, or better yet you could download the trial of FRAPS and take a video that would be much more helpful.
