The Real Vincent Valentine...?

I would like to tell you guys about a person where I work who has actually dubbed himself "Vincent Valentine" in real life. No joke, it's his real changed name. Basically, he struts about the place as if he owns the world, running down the stairs kicking the air, making "martial arts noises" at every floor, etc. I'd love to see him with his full gear on, metal hand, bandana etc. just for laughs. Poor guy... is there no hope for him? He's gonna have to have plastic surgery when Advent Children comes out, though. :D

I haven't been able to take a pic of this guy, as I was worried he'd perform his level 4 limit break on me... :P

Thats a bit much.. Changing your name to the name of a videogame character.. And acting arrogant.. I hate, despise.. LOATHE arrogance.. Especially when the arrogant person in question is some huge ass nerd that hasnt realized that they are totally moronic, while having so little self-worth they change their name and ADOPT a whole new personality..

Thats insane.. This guy has some problems..

Oh, I get it. This is like one of those things where people ask for an advice in an embarrassing situation; the "my friend has this problem"-scenario.

Go ahead and admit that you are talking about yourself. It sure wouldn't make you look any more foolish than you already do.

Not special; just difficult for you to understand, apparently. Put simply: if all your arguments are going to be predictable and based on petty assumptions (of which you have just admitted by saying that "the truth is beginning to dawn on me", even if I have known the truth all the while), then I have no reason (or further desire) to respond to them.

By the way; just because I am about to stop arguing now, it doesn't mean you've won in any way, shape or form. Anything you say, I can respond to. I really could have argued until hell froze over if my hands weren't being tied. That's it and that's all.

That's what we're worried about. Maybe his personality is so unstable that one day he will bring a gun into work and attempt to blow us away. I say attempt, since I keep my Desert Eagle .50 AE securely nestled in it's holster, ready to dish out justice (j/k) :).

you'd better learn how to disable Quicksilver ^_^ (or any other hand gun)
just to see him lose character and cry. muah ha ha
 
How dare he mock my Vincent  :x ... He must be smited with a good slap to the face with a newspaper "BAD! BAD! NO TREAT FOR YOU!" Anyhow... if you go to the theory of multiple realities, Vincent does exist... just not here... and it sure as heck wouldn't be that guy.

At least I hope not...
 
Lots of people are fans of him, especially here, but it would seem that this guy is obsessed with him. I mean, we all have our little fantasies (and none of you can deny it, before you start) and some of us live them, but to take a fantasy from a video game and try and realise it is extremely sad. Has anyone tried telling him what a jerk he's being and that he has no concept whatsoever of the true character of Vincent Valentine? If you have, then I'm not sure what to do aside from book him an appointment with the local psychiatrist.

Yeah, sorry I've been away for a while, (not that any of you would have noticed)...I didn't have much to say, but I'm back now..!!
