Sharper, for sure. But better? Sometimes, old games rely on the limitations of their systems and the TVs of the time for their visuals. A little blur can mean a lot of perceived detail that isn't actually drawn.and makes it look better!
Some emulators have mock NTSC/PAL style filters. of course correct me if i'm wrong, But playing the same game on a flat panel TV, you'd get the same effect as if you were on an emulator and monitor? presuming the emulator emulates with accuracy of course.Sharper, for sure.
