There are a bunch of mods that make the game look a lot better. I'm not sure if we are allowed to discuss such mods on this forum.

EDIT: Actually there's an official patch that makes the game look on par with the GameCube and PS2 graphics. Sadly is doesn't change the cutscenes, so they still suck.

Of that we can be 99.99% certain. It's clearly the Dissidia cloud.
 
Yeah well people arent talking about ripping it just showing a picture of it in another game. Its fine, dont worry about it.

You should see what happens to the faces of Super Street Fighter IV characters backported into the the PC version of vanilla SF4:

They've found ways of making them look a little better since that vid was made, but it still isn't perfect.

The problem is that they were able to backport the models, but they had to use them with different characters' animations (I don't think they've reverse engineered the animation system yet), hence everything in the wrong place.

The same thing happens when models are swapped in FF7, if people don't move all the parts into the right place.
 
There seems to be a bunch of people who model and texture on this site.

sl1982, you could try recruiting some people for your project.
