All attacks art Crtical when using it ya.I still find Costly Punch the best Command Materia....Every successful hit for me is 99999, if you HP has broken the limit by 1.11% of your health (Thanks for the Info Game faq rofl) it does Nothing. Only takes up like 100 HP for every use to Costly Punch is Iron Fist + DMW, Magiclal/goblin + DMW materia in Fusion. None have to be mastered.
