Trouble with milkshape

I've been modding FF7 for a couple days now, but i was really annoyed when i changed cloud into sephiroth and noticed the bottom part of his hair was missing since it uses a file that clouds model doesnt use.

So i imported sephys head file into milkshape and changed it, now i just cant export it back, maybe im just too stupid, any help would be appreciated guys.

export back into ff7 format is not possible as far as we know.
Only modify possibility is through Alhexx's Ultima, which can move vertexes around.
