Trying to get some images out of a unknows file...

Hey there.. How the topic says, i want to get some images out of a bigger file which format and type is not knows...
I found different headers in the hexcode like "WAV" and "MDL" and so on.. but i am just interested in the images that MUST be there, too ... ^^
But there are no BMP, BM|L, and so on headers... but a little "tim/" in every file... So maybe this is it?! I'm trying to get that file running, but tim is not my format... ^^

Where do you have the file from? Is it from a final fantasy game?
 
Crisis Core? Hmmmm If it's a PSP game you might wish to look at PSP homebrew sites.  The PSP is not the same animal is PS1 PS2 or PC.
MDL's may be one of several possible model types or proprietary to Square.  WAV might be an MS wav compatible container format file. With the PSP it's technically up to the developer what the files are as far as I know.
