well, yeah, i really want to....it's just finding motivation to do so. this time round it was because i saw people were trying to import field models, and after explaining how to do it, i felt like doing it myself, but i knew that to do that, i'd have to make the model anyway. so yeah. but now, i just can't seem to find anything to inspire me. perhaps apz' field cloud...

I started on her last month, and it may be a long time before she gets finished so hopefully this should apease you guys a little.  :lol:

Slayersnext's Tifa inspired me a lot, as you can probably tell.

She has KH2 Tifa head, and her body is using texture-maps from Hunter's JKA Tifa.
I used CC Cissnei's beach-wear model as the base, but I had to modify it quite extensively so her proportions matched the original Nomura sketch more.
Her face was also tweaked so it isn't the same as the KH2 version.

I started working on fixing her hair a few days ago, so it still looks a little choppy (and she doesn't have a ponytail yet either).
She is coming along though, and I will continue to work on her whenever I get time to spare.

Elena has been put on the back seat for now. Tifa is far more important right now, me-thinks  :-D


I had originally planned to "donate" her to MrAdults for his AVALANCHE game, but I decided not to because I believe his project deserves a BETTER Tifa model than what I can ever make.

So she will be making her appearance here in NeoCloud and Espio's Mod instead  :-)

To be honest this is my favorite Tifa model that i've seen. I like how its an updated style but it still stays in line with the games styling, which makes it fit in rather well.

Keep up the good work, man.

lol yeah but i'd have to do a whole lot of work to  get her to look more like her FF7 counterpart, since she's like, what, 12 in crisis core? her body is too young to use, but maybe i could salvage her face to use, since it might play in with the chibi effect quite nicely.
 
Quick question for you guys, I just got CC, and i'd like to do what you guys are doing, is it a simple rip and replace for the models on CC or not? As i'd like the higher res monsters/summons where applicable.

I get that a lot actually... Well those of my friends who play FFVII.
Most of my friends say video games are anti-social! Stupid people! :P

They also say i look a lot like Yuffie! That's why  I  cosplay her!
though my friends always have to drag me to those.

Hey Neo or Ultima, can you explain how i can rip the models from my CC UMD to put them into the game? I'd like all the monster models, and the shina guards (and any other monster that appears on the field) in field models so i can use them instead of the PRP's ones :-D

hellbringer616 You can rip the models using mesh2rdm or RINOA (see the wiki: http://wiki.qhimm.com/FF7:CC ) but dont ask me about putting them back into FF7  :lol:

um, maybe I dont deserve to be thanked. I have not actually completed anything yet, and now I am not sure if I want to.
Viashino will be making an original set of mods for the characters, and I would encourage him (and originality) over modding or messing with other SE models anyday.

Monsters, items and bosses are different though. And chibi-models.
Which is why this "Ultima espio and neocloudstrife Crisis core model project" will not die so quickly

lol thats interesting,  first off koral mentioned my name im honored lmao, secondly yes its true i am making original models no parts used from other games (cept maybe some hair as refrences) i just felt a little special for a  moment i got mentioned on this project thx koral i was havin a bad day but i feel a bit better.
