Urgent help needed

I cannot open Hyne Final Fantasy VIII save editor because when i click on it after downloading and extracting it i get this message 'The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem'  Please help me help me now.
 
In that case you just need to download the MSVCP120.dll from somewhere. Such dlls are usually needed for Windows to run specific applications. A google seach for this dll should lead you to several pages where you can download it from. Also put it in the same folder as Hyne just to be sure.
