Oh I forgot to show you what our company is doing, here: http://www.vrm.sk/  (its mostly simulation technology)

My involvement was absolutely 100% necessary (!) for the successful completions of the following titles:
Heroes of Might and Magic was released in year 1995 .. like 11 years ago. You mean you've been working on it back then ? Or do you mean that your company was porting the game somewhere, for example on GameBoy ? I see that release date on Gameboy is year 2000.

Well I work at www.repon.nl (www.roofengarden.nl).
It doesnt have much to do with my work, me being only the system admin..

But they make roofs and roof-gardens (you guessed it).

The people are fun (especially when complaining something aint working and it being their own fault).

hay qhimm are you part of the team making Opera Software for the nintendo DS, i was realy looking forward to the DS browser

im currently at university studying internet technology, its very time consuming, i havent had a full weekend off in about 2 months due to course work :( but in 2 weeks i have a whole month or so off , ive been programming mainly in java, c# vb.net and a few others
i started editing games when pokemon came out, so im left behind with the 2d world.

I was involved with the re-release of the whole series under Ubisoft instead of 3DO.

We had to remove all cases of 3DO from the games and reorganize them for the install disks.

I found that Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Heroes of Might and Magic 2 play their music from the disks, so we were unable to put them on the same DVD.

While asking my boss about the results of that project (whether it has been released or not) I found out we were paid for that project just Monday, and that we were also involved with Ubisoft’s King Kong game.
Interesting; I didn’t even know we did anything for that game.

I'm perhaps one of the youngest people here that knows how not to say "help i need patch for crash in chocobos racing lol plz".

I'm only 17, and I graduate high school in about two weeks. During the summer break, I'll probably be doing some landscaping to earn money for college.

You're only 17 and graduating? Are you from the U.S.?

Everybody I know, myself included, is generally 18 or older when they graduate (I'm 18, graduate Sunday, 19 before the end of the year). I guess there are certain circumstances, starting school at an early age, getting bumped up, etc. etc.

Meh, I'm 16 (Birthday is on July 18) and I'm a junior in high school.
Atm, I just work for my parents on the weekeends selling stuff at conventions.. generally its like US$30 an hour or so (I get paid base + commision)

(and zero shoudl learn to use quote 0.o)

It is possible to graduate from high school early as long as you have enough math/english/"social science" etc. credits.

Anyways, I work for the US Air Force as a civilian food service worker (WG-03). It's just my summer job betwixt my high school grades, and it currently fetches me $10.50 an hour. Pretty good, but I can only have the job for 9 weeks before I go back to school...

I know how to quote, it's not difficult, I'm just used to GameFAQs quoting. Sorry for...upsetting you, I guess :?

Anyway, I attend a parochial school, and it's pretty damned difficult to get all the credits in before Senior year. I don't even think it can happen at the public school, either. That, or the kids there lack the motivation :-P

I actually started homeschooled, and started early enough to graduate last year. When I went into public school, they bumped me back from fourth grade to third grade so that I would be able to better fit in.

I'm 22, and i work as a postman/mailman what ever you wanna call it :p And currently in college towards becoming a math teacher. The postman job pays me roughly €9 an hour wich is pretty nice seeing as it tops the the minimum wage for my age by alot :) But am currently in the process of rethinking my life. And i might aswell end up as an airtraffic controller, i allready passed the first 2 interviews, only the 3rd is left and i become learning airtraffic controller earning €22,000 a year and when i'm done, €45,000 a year and when i am good! then it can go up to €100,000 a year excluding bonusses. Money isnt all that important, but in holland right now, iots best to be earning some more cause there are some strange times commin up.

Lol, your birthday is on the same day as mine O_o

I'm the system admin for a credit card company that sells, programs, maintains, and does tech support for credit card machines.  It's pretty enjoyable, and the people I work with are great.  Plus they give me a lot of money because I know more about computers than most -if not all- of them.   :-D

I'm something of a jack of all trades this quarter I'm involved in data collection last quarter I was a teacher, and im lined up to be a truckie next quarter.

Performance review = pay rise :D £££
Bah... I started work just a month before the company's yearly performance review, hence I got none, hence no salary increase, hence I'm actually working at last year's salary level [for new employees], which means that I might get permanently stuck one year behind on my salary development. :( In contrast, the people who started work one month later than me have higher salary than me, and will probably remain that way... Grr!  :x :-P

That sounds pretty unfair to me. And perhaps even illegal. But is probably isn't.

Thing is, people who started one month after you now get a higher salary, because there were performance reviews before they started at your company. Then, that would mean salaries have been raised throughout your entire firm, otherwise they'd be earning the same amount as you do. And that would logically lead to the conclusion that you should get a raise too, right?

Hmm, come think of it. You've probably signed a contract for a certain salary. That would explain, otherwise I don't understand. But that could be my ignorance.

I turn 19 in about 2 weeks.

I'm an IT Specialist. I repair computer hardware and solve software and hardware issues with them.

So. My computer is.. shall we say. Unique.

Hehe. =)

I also do a bit of charity work.

I'm also a graphic and web designer. Forgot to mention that.
