What's the largest download you've ever made?

Only about 10GB. It was Mass Effect, when Steam put it on sale.

I don't even really like the game.
 
Compared to my original answer from 10 years ago.. Some things never change...

(It took three weeks on a 3.0M DSL line to get that whole website)

40 GB of the first Inuyasha series. I was disappointed to learn that it stopped rather abruptly. I found the "final act" series later though. :)

Berserk is my ultimate pissed off manga. I'm reading it just to make sure Guts gets his.

Shikabane Hime was going to be my all-time favorite anime, because the series was so awesome.
Then I got to the last episode... You want to talk about "abrupt"?
It ends in the middle of someone throwing a punch, in the fight you've been waiting the whole series to see. Wtf?
 
biggest download i ever made was this HHHUUUGGEEE thing of music that me and my friend wanted. damn thing was 20 somethin gb.
