I AM ALSO LOOKING FORWARD FOR NEW QHIMM PROGRAMES AND COOL SOFTWARES SPECIALLY IF I GOT FINAL VERSION OF GARDEN ;) PLEASE REPLY ME SOON.

Judging from the grammar, I'd say he's from a country that has a totally different alphabet / language than we're used to.  It may not have a lower / upper case type deal like the Western system does.

...Either that, or America's Public Education system just churned out another quality employee for McDonald's....or more likely Hardees.
