So, after having been introduced to the joys of AI scripting, I figured someone might want to test out what I have done so far. Therefore, I am publishing here the compilation of all FF7 enemies, which I have created, i.e. whose appearance and AI I have drastically altered, so far or which I am working on.

In case someone would like to try these out, send me a PM.

Penultimate and Secondary Weapon:

-----

Scarlet the Scary:

-----

Wicked Reno:

How to beat Wicked Reno:

-----

Trash Weapon, God and Sephi's Yummy Mummies Part 1:

Trash Weapon, God and Sephi's Yummy Mummies Part 2:

How to beat Trash Weapon, God and Sephi's Yummy Mummies Part:

-----

Incommensurable Cell:

How to beat Incommensurable Cell:

Final Sephiroth:

Perhaps I will once include all these enemies in a comprehensive hack. Yet, at the moment, they are just some insanely hard stand-alone hardcore enemies.

Honestly, this feels like it's designed plainly to be frustrating and not a challenge.
There is only so much challenge before it turns into something only one out of a thousand people will complete and yes, thats not difficulty, that's just designed to torture player
Because, how exactly are people to figure out strategies for those things? Trial and Error?

I am aware that these enemies are very hard to defeat at the least. Personally, I would encourage people to read these enemies' AI and check them via ProudClod/Hojo. Afterwards, one should generally know how to beat them.
What I intend to offer are indeed challenging fights for those who like to conceive of interesting strategies since most of these encounters can be ended victoriously only by resorting to a certain strategy. I can understand that many might find this kind of challenge frustrating, and yet, I hope that at least a single person will enjoy it.  ;)

Fast Newbie Indeed!  I like the battles.  These are the types of enemies that I intend to have wandering around the worldmap on disc 3 of my mod.  I feel like the Revisited Kernel could put up a good fight against most of these guys.

I love your choices for attack animations and battle scenes.

Video Update:
The 2nd part of the battle against Trash Weapon, God and Sephi's Yummy Mummies:

Wow, I like your project.
You've some neat ideas.
When you decide to release these beasties, I'd like to include them in my FF7 configurator-- BOOTLEG.

Good work!
Thanks,

As soon as I can provide some more enemies and after having thought about at which point of the game to include them, I will let you know.  ;)

Here is a demonstration of how to actually beat some of these enemies:

This might be the one of the most ridiculous battles in the history of FF7 hacking... ;)

OMFG! Those battles look insane, but I don't think alot of people will fully understand how to beat them, for example the Yummy Mummy God only dies if his attack is in the overflow range cos he's immune to everything! WTF! that's a little crazy  :-o

I'd hire you to make some hard but not nonsencial hard bosses for my Kuugen-difficulty hack, but these mobs are way too much on the "frustrating" scale for actual gameplay ( oh the battle toads nostalgia )

Tell me more about that hack. I am capable even of creating slightly less stupidly powerful enemies...  ;)

Can you do the same for Vincent's AI script? For example when he transforms into chaos. And what programs you used for this, just Proud Cloud?

Here is some fun with Vincent...

I used Proud Cloud for the enemies and Wall Market for Vincent's AI.

Thanks for answer. Is it possible that when Vincent in chaos form counter some attacks with special attacks that he don't have usually?
For example when chaos hp below 25% he counters with meteorain or all creation. Is it possible?

Yes, this is possible. However, the animation for some of these attacks, for instance in the case of Meteorain, might look strange.

I don't think this is possible; AI counter scripts won't work if the character is holding any kind of counter materia. That includes both counter attack and blue counter combos.

Also, I'm doubtful that many of the animations would work. If they don't cause Data Errors, I'm fairly sure most limits will just have Vincent default to his idle animation. I could be wrong on that, though.
