I think it looks better, and less fake now.

I was expecting to release today but I took a break and started playing STALKER SoC again and I just got sucked in, so sorry  :-\

Skirt needs some works on the creases still, and the bottom lip is still pretty giant. I'd also pass the whole texture over to add more depth with shadows/highlights, it still reads pretty flat. The skin especially.
 
Can please you change her cupid's bow and neck it still looks off thank you.
 
You know your model's good when you get this much criticism. No one would give two shits about a bad one ;D

Will do, though I've been wary of doing the skin shading more since I want the joints to match up ingame like they currently do and not look like separate parts.

I'll play around with it though.

I get you.

the joints need only really match when extended in certain ways. Make clever use of bits of mesh normally hidden to be colored correctly when the show, as well as keeping in mind joints shouldnt always blend, such as the creasing at the elbow when you lift your forearm in a bicep curl.
 
I still think her face looks a little too long, or too big, probably too long.  I agree with what LeonheartGR said on the first page, about reducing that distance a little bit on her cheekbone area.  The face just looks odd right now, not Tifa-like I guess.

But the model overall looks great in game!  That screen shot you posted looks great, the joints look awesome.  A big problem I see with other Tifa models is that her joints look very unnatural, especially her knees.  But her joints look so good on yours!
 
I've compared bloodshot tifa's face with some other artworks and found this

The third and last one from the left, the dissidia one, is more likely to be chosen...

I've also took some measures with the intention to help, not criticize, most measures were pretty similar but others had a small difference.




One difference I found was the eye to eye distance, because the eyes size was increased but it took away some face simetry, leaving the eye to ear distance a little small, or maybe her eyeballs are too much lateral they could be more medial. But this isn't such a big deal.
[I'm not sure what the hell I did at those units but i think they're in inches not meters, sorry I was a little sleepy when I did it]
Generally I think her jaw/ cheeks near the chin area could be a little rounder a little larger (Tifa has sort of a round face after all) and her head is a bit long, I guess that could be fixed rising her nose, mouth and chin a bit.
(I think the head that I took those measures was a little turned to the left, therefore not showing her ear maybe, or not idk).
Still she's already a great model if you wanted to release like that, I definitely wouldn't complain :D, I'm just trying to help some way I can :X instead of just saying, oh great model can't wait when she's gonna be ready and things like that...
[I did using zoom, maybe that's why the unit/ measures are so crazy, but the proportion is right.]

Yeah, that's what I was going for, I think that would make her jaw/cheeks rounder.
 
You guys probably don't realize kimera has a very different FOV from other programs which changes how it looks quite a bit from how it looks in modelling programs/in-game

For comparison, here's the Dissidia Tifa at a very similar angle

Notice how different it looks from the example pic posted, thanks to the higher Field of View - the face shape appears to be much more gaunt, the eyes appear farther apart, etc.

I have changed it to be a bit shorter though.

Wow, you're right, I didn't know that, I'm sorry. She looks just like yours at this point of view. Well, from what I can see I don't have anything else to annoy you about. I'll leave it to the experts (Timu), but I don't think there is much more to say about her. She's awesome, you're awesome. :)
 
I want to play with the skin and clothes textures a bit more, but she's almost ready. Hopefully by tomorrow, but I'll have to see how it goes.

I would have been done earlier, but I've been busy getting ready for my next college semester, and been distracted by playing Stalker again which has got me so damn immersed I keep forgetting to do things I have to  :-D

I think you can add extra detail on the upper right of her head as seen from the artworks.
