Puh.. I am poor as hell, and thats the secret.. be poor.. I never have to worry about a girl liking me for my money cuz i dont have any! If you do dont go blow hella on them either.. its a dumb idea and a waste.. If i ever get married I will get her engagement ring out of those quarter machines they have in front of supermarkets.. (little toy machines you put money in to get some cheap piece of crap) To me its not what i get her its how much i love her.. If she isnt happy with my professing that i love her with a 25 cent ring then perhaps she doesnt know what love is, and she isnt right for me.. I hate Tifa with a vengence.. trying to steal Cloud away from the lovely Aeris... and I know Rubicant you thought they should be together because they have known each other from childhood etc... but is that a good thing? Cloud and Aeris... they were meant for each other... you can tell... Cloud goes to the ends of the earth for her.

Aeris is Zack's girl, man. That's just plain unethical to go for your (dead) friend's girl. If you think about it, Cloud went to the "ends of the earth" for Aeris only because the whole group decided it would be a good idea. Aeris was a self-righteous bitch anyways. All she wanted to do was perform her "duties as a cetra" to protect the planet and all that other shite. She didn't give a shrivelled rat's ass about Cloud and everyone else. Honestly, name one time where Aeris saves Cloud's arse. Never. AFAIK, Aeris was just tagging along as a roadie so she could take out Cloud when she had the chance. Why else do you think they cut the scene where Aeris pulls a knife and threatens Cloud during their possible date? She will do anything to get her way. Look, I have proof of it happening!

The only part of Cloud Aeris liked was the Zack part. Cloud assimilated his behavior and personality from Zack, and that's the only reason why Aeris liked him. Sure, she wanted to get to know the real Cloud, but it was for friendly purposes. Or so you're led to believe. She didn't like him. He crushed her flowers. He brought the turks to her church. So she got him back by making him dress up as a lady. She ran away and got caught by Shinra on purpose so that Cloud and everyone would feel sorry for her. She could have tried to protect herself from the part where Cloud goes berserk on her in the temple of the ancients, but once again she took the pain for some extra emotional leverage in the courts. So finally she jacks the keys for the tiny bronco and leaves to the forgotten capital and somehow manages to get the plane back in time before anyone notices. So she has a long time to get ready in the forgotten capital. A few auto-spraying blood packets here and there, a harness for the guy dressed up as sephiroth to do those amazing spin moves, and the stage is set. Aeris' body double takes a fake sword through the back, no one is hurt.
That's what really happened, but it was cut out of the original game :roll: :lol:
My conclusion: Cloud and Aeris were not meant for each other. Despite the utter bullshit evidence above, it still remains that:

I agree.. I dont think that aeris and cloud made a good couple.. Tifa really liked cloud.. and aeris.. well she was kinda naive perhaps? if your friend dies i think that its perfectly ok to move in on his woman in due time.. sometimes it just kinda happens that way.. even when they didnt die..
and rubicant your right.. cloud didnt go to the ends of the earth for her.. they were stopping a bigger problem.. and i think at the end cloud would have gone to the "ends of the earth" for any of them.. but i dont think he was in "love" with aeris.. Tifa is definitely the girl for cloud..
