Your Names...

I always pronounced it as 'kwim'.  If you haven't played The Longest Journey, do it.  I'm in the middle of the game for the 10th time now, and loving every minute of it again.
 
I've always pronounced "Qhimm" like "Kim". Why? Because without a "u" after it, "q" sounds like a "k"--it only has the "kwa" sound when the "u" gets added in (dang, I'm getting sick of those "quotes"  :)).
 
I always used to call him 'Queue Him', but after all I *really* don't think that this is the right prounciation (did I spell pro... right?)...
I hope Qhimm won't delete my 'account' because of discussing 'bout his name... - Alhexx

UIN ? That's ICQ number with status (online/offline) indicator.Don't worry, getting off topic is very common on this board.  :smile:

I don't get what you're talking about.
Care to explain in detail?
If you're talking about UIN, it's the indicator to see whether the user is online or not. It's gets the information from the ICQ server.
 
Jari & SaiNt: Yo, that's all I wanted to know...but now:
I've clicked on that Flower (?) Icon and a windows poped up; so what happens if I send somebody a message through this UIN? - Alhexx

btw Alhexx: 'zajac' is not polish word, bunny in polish is 'zajonc'. 'zajac' is a slovak word.
And I'm pronouncing Qhimm like "Kuim"

I must have made a terrible mistake when choosing my nick... Qhimm is pronounced exactly like Kim, hence 'Qh' instead of 'Qu'. Oh well, like I can afford to be bothered about things like this anyway... ^_^
 
Lol! You know, you could replace that 'Administrator' with pronunciation instructions.  :smile:

Zidane-Take a guess.For those of you who haven't played FF9,he's one of the main characters.If you go to GameFAQs and post there,you might have seen me posting under AbsoluteId,MGSFan,LoZFan,Chronic2001,or my new name Sapphire.

AbsoluteId-I dunno,a friend gave it to me.

MGSFan/LoZFan-My original names at GFAQs.MGS stands for Metal Gear Solid which is arguably the best game ever.MGS+Fan just means that I'm a fan of MGS.LoZ stands for Legend of Zelda,and the Zelda Social Board is where I go mostly.It just means I'm a fan of the Zelda series.Sadly,these two names were banned because CJayC thought I was a different guy.

Chronic2001-One of my fav CD's.'Nuff said.

Sapphire-A character I created for a book I'm writing.Partner to another hero of mine,Gemini.But when I tried to register as that name,it was already taken.So I used Sapphire instead.That's about it.

My name is Jesse, but that is not my real real name.  Everyone calls me Jesse instead of my real name.  It's almost the same.  Don't try to guess my real name though.  My last name doesn't matter.
