Yuffie... Freeze?

Yeah i dony know but when i get into the battle with yuffie right after the destroyed reactor where zacks parents live the game crazhes. IT crashes after i beat her. ive never tryed losing cuz yur not supposed to i dont think. but if i am either way it shouldnt crash so. what can i do. i currently have no patches and the game has been working perfectly until now... help? Thanks in advance.

Can you give us a little more info like

what are your system specs
do you have the latest ver (ie 1.02)
have you tryed to get yuffie at any other forest? and if so dose it have the same prob

Yeah, steven asked for more information, he didn't reprimand the guy. I'm sure continued posts from him will incur enough wrath from other board members as it is without this.
 
I had this problem as well and I am using the 1.02 patch.  I simply switched to software rendered mode until the Yuffie sequence was complete, saved, and then reloaded in hardware mode.  Seems to be the standard solution for most crashes I have encountered.
